Having had experience with offshore centres in India and the Philippines, he now considers Egypt and the Middle East an undiscovered gem and a go-to choice for companies in Australia looking for superior communication and conversion abilities in contact centre and lead generation.

Deena Rehan is a successful entrepreneur with over 15 years experience in sales and marketing across various industries. She is highly skilled in driving a positive customer journey and understanding how to develop a thriving business, such as co-founding The Orchard Agency in 2009 which was rewarded "The Top 30 under 30" start ups.

Having worked alongside some of the region's leading organisations including the likes of Nintendo, Armani Exchange, Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, ExxonMobil, TAL Insurance, Australian Unity, Shell, The Just Group, REA, Bank of America, Department of Justice and many more, Deena brings an extensive knowledge base in lead generation, A/B Testing, end to end communication and cross campaign analysis/planning.



General Manager


Hazem is a Commerce graduate of Cairo University. He has specialised in the Australian contact centre industry since 2011 and has gained great experience in data management, audience and category management as well as Australian compliance and data protection. 


Hazem has agent experience and quickly rose through the ranks of management at several Australia-focused call centres, with roles ranging from data management, operations and compliance. As the General Manager of Symbios Egypt, his responsibilities span recruitment, HR, finance, office management and legal.


Campaign Manager



Client Relationship Manager

William is a fibre optic Engineering graduate of Misr International University who ran his own company in Egypt for a number of years, specialising in installing complex fibre optic networks. He brought his expertise in telecommunications to Symbios and quickly became a capable team leader in the Cairo centre. William recently worked with leading telecommunication clients such as Optus, Commander, TPG and Avaya.


Operations Manager


Mike is a Chemist with a passion for sales and business development holding a Bachelor of Science from Helwan University, Cairo. He has excellent research, communication and engagement skills with a high focus for accomplishing sales operations exact process up to the required standards.

Mike is very detail-oriented and customer-focused, always planning to reach maximum customer satisfaction to make sure of excellent service delivery. He has managed many successful campaigns and added value for enterprises in different industries such as Telecoms, Cleaning and Marketing.


Business Development Manager


Sam is a Doctor of Medicine and Surgery from Cairo University and is our resident expert in the medical world. Sam chose Symbios as an extension of his career and brings a wealth of experience in the health industry, while also gaining great experience in Business and Professional Services such as IT, Digital and Commercial Cleaning companies. Sam is an expert at company targeting and researching decision makers at all levels.


Coaching and Compliance Manager


Henry graduated from Sadat Academy in International Business Management. He is a seasoned veteran coach and closer in the telecommunications industry and was first introduced to the Australian market in 2011. His deep knowledge of Australian compliance ensure Symbios is at the forefront of data privacy legislation.


He has worked to drive leads and close sales for Australian players such as Talk3, Teligent, Teleone as well as selling B2B and B2C contract plans for Vodafone UK and Australia. He is proficient in compliance, live transfers, lead generation and third-party verification.


Quality Assurance Manager


Jason is a Mass Communications graduate from Misr University of Science and Technology. He is Symbios's Customer Service and Inbound Contact Centre specialist with experience in CRM, Sales Administration and Qualifications. His industry experience spans Travel, Media, Advertising and Telecoms.
